PLEASE NOTE THE LAST DAY FOR CHRISTMAS ORDERS IS SUNDAY 20TH DECEMBER 2010. ALL ORDERS RECIEVED BY MIDNIGHT ON THIS DAY WILL BE SHIPPED FIRST CLASS POST BY ROYAL MAIL ON MONDAY. IF AFTER THIS DATE YOU WISH TO ORDER , WE CAN SEND BY NEXT DAY COURIER (BUSINESS POST) FOR AN EXTRA £12.50 IF THE ORDER IS UNDER £50 IN VALUE AND £6.00 IF THE ORDER IS OVER £50 IN VALUE. PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER AND THEN EMAIL US TO CONFRIM YOU WISH YOUR ORDER TO BE SENT BY COURIER AND TO AUTHORISE THE ADDITIONAL POSTAL CHARGE TO BE TAKEN FROM YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD. info@steppingstonesonline.co.uk
All in stock items will be dispatched the next day and should be received within 7 working days, during very busy periods or if a product is out of stock, despatch may be longer. We will inform you promptly if an item is delayed for any reason. Please note if you pay by cheque, your items will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.
Standard UK Delivery - For delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland postage and packing charges are £5.50 for all orders under £50. Orders over £50 are FREE, except certain large items where additional delivery charges are indicated.
If you require a delivery within 48 Hrs within the UK( England, Wales and parts of Scotland, excluding the Highlands and islands) this can be arranged at a further cost of £6.00. Please call to request 48 hr delivery and pay excess charge on 02920 496915.
International Postage - For orders outside of the UK and Northern Ireland, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Repuplic of Ireland we make a £6.50 handling charge plus the cost charged to us to mail to each destination. Postage is calculated on the basis of weight and the world zone delivered to. We will confirm the cost of posting by email prior to distribution to you.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the rate applicable. Please note there is no VAT charged on children’s clothes or books.
